Cancellation & Refund Policy
At Taha Foundation, we are committed to ensuring a seamless experience for our supporters and donors. Our cancellation and refund policy is designed to be fair and transparent, keeping in mind the nature of our operations.
Cancellation Policy:
Cancellation requests will only be considered if made immediately after the donation or contribution is processed. However, if the transaction has already been utilized for charitable purposes or allocated to a project, the request may not be accommodated.
Donations made towards perishable aid, such as food distribution or emergency relief, are non-refundable. However, if an issue arises regarding the quality of service, we encourage donors to reach out to our team for resolution.
In case of any erroneous transactions or if the donor feels their contribution was not utilized as expected, the concern must be reported to our support team within 48 hours of the transaction.
Refund Policy:
If a refund is approved by Taha Foundation, it will be processed within 6-8 business days and credited back to the original payment method.
Refunds are not applicable for donations made as part of fundraising campaigns, events, or projects that have already commenced.
